Como Substituir(Replicar) Dados do Tipo de Dado Data no APSDU

Olá, no post de hoje iremos aprender Como Substituir(Replicar) Dados do Tipo Data no APSDU.

Existem algumas situações onde precisamos corrigir alguns registros no protheus, seja por alguma inconsistência ou algum outro problema. Uma dessas correções é a atualização de campos do tipo de dado Data no APSDU.

Observação: Antes de fazer qualquer atualização de dados utilizando a ferramenta APSDU faça SEMPRE backup do registro ou da tabela que vai ser alterada. Para fazer backup dos registros no APSDU você pode acessar esse post Como Fazer Cópia(Backup) de Registros no APSDU.

Uma das grandes dúvidas de analistas Protheus é como substituir ou alterar um valor do tipo de dado Data em um campo utilizando a ferramenta APSDU. Para resolver essa questão iremos ver um exemplo.

No exemplo iremos atualizar o registro do tipo data da tabela SD1, no campo D1_EMISSÃO e iremos atualizar ele usando a função de conversão entre tipos de dados CToD, que converte uma tipo dado do tipo Caractere para o tipo de dado Data.

Primeiramente iremos entrar ferramenta APSDU informando os dados conforme a imagem abaixo:

Na próxima tela informamos nosso usuário e senha do Protheus:

Ao entrar no APSDU iremos entrar na tabela onde iremos aplicar o procedimento de substituição(replicar) os dados. No exemplo iremos utilizar a tabela SD1(Itens da nota fiscal de entrada). Para iremos iremos no menu Arquivo depois em Abrir e escolhemos o Driver Top Connect(TOPCONN) e damos um Ok:

Na próxima tela nos conectamos ao Top Connect informando o Servidor(Localhost ou IP) a base de dados BD_PROTHEUSADVPL e a porta padrão de conexão do Top Connect 7890:

Na próxima tela selecionamos a tabela SD1(Itens de Venda da NF) e damos um Ok:

O próximo passo é irmos no menu Útil e depois clicar em Substituir(Replicar):

Na próxima tela selecionamos o campo D1_EMISSAO, que será o campo que iremos atualizar a data, veja que o D1_EMISSAO está com a data 05/08/2024 e iremos atualizar ele para a data 06/08/2024, para isso selecionamos na coluna Campo o campo D1_EMISSAO e na coluna Com informamos a data 06/08/2024 utilizando a função CToD, CToD(“06/08/2024”):

 

Na próxima tela podemos ver que a data do campo D1_EMISSAO foi substituída por 06/08/2024:
